PADS of Elgin’s volunteers are essential to our mission. Volunteers support our guests year-round by providing or serving meals. Spring through Fall, volunteers can help with a variety of projects and organizational tasks throughout the shelter.

“In our last fiscal year, PADS of ELGIN had 427 volunteers who donated 913.75 hours to assist staff and made our guests feel welcome and comfortable”

7:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Direct race participants on course
Tear down race village/race course
Need access to a car
