How To Start Receiving Services
Are you homeless or about to become homeless? PADS of Elgin is here to offer you the help you deserve. Please call 847-608-9744 to start an initial screening.
Our office is open Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5PM. Case Managers are on site from 9AM to 5:30PM. The shelter is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
We provide accessible showers, access to laundry facilities, warm meals, hygiene products, sheets, towels, and most importantly, a safe place to sleep. For more information, please contact us directly 847-608-9744.
PADS provides full case management that helps address the diverse issues facing our guests. Guests work with trained case managers to develop an individualized plan to exit the shelter successfully. Whether it’s assistance with housing or job search, life skills training, financial management, or referrals to outside services, case managers walk with their guests and help them find the road to independence once again.
Guests must be within our service area (Elgin, Dundee, Hanover, or Rutland Township).
Please call 847-608-9744. We Are Here To Help.
